Fru Clintons kampagneleder arbejder også for et PRforetagende, der er specialist i at hjælpe firmaer med kampagner mod fagbevægelsen ! Der dør 5500 amerikanske arbejdere på arbejdspladsen, hvert år. Flere end 9/11. Virksomhederne kan bruge retssystemet i de internationale handelsaftaler mod miljø- og anden lovgivning, som begrænser deres indkomst. Fagbevægelsen kan ikke tilsvarende bruge aftalerne til at gennemtvinge overholdelsen af arbejderbeskyttelseslovgivning.

I henhold til Marcel Mauss (Gaven) kan - i de Stillehavssamfund han omtaler)- jord ikke sælges/byttes men kun overføres = arves af beslægtet. Ejendomsretten til produktionsmidlet er hellig !
